We are joint corporation of Germany and Chinese, have observed the market of Romania PV projects for half a year and did two months on-the-spot investigation,we have many investors who wanna invest in the Wind & PV project, but Romania policy of GC 27-55eur which is very unstable, is there any method to ensure our profit?

Yes , i belive that now is the proper time for such of investments in Romania.I strongly belive that with a financial advisory and legal responses, with a developer of business you get your results above expectations. I have allready an experience in this field.
